took the B (for beach) train to brighton beach.
was told to expect fat/old russian people: was not disappointed.
superhot.
sat on the beach for a while as melinda paddled a bit.
wish i could have recorded audio of the guys walking up and down the beach, each with their own way of quietly calling 'iced cold water, ice cold water'.
hard way to earn a $.
had some nathan's original frankfurters and fries for lunch: mmmm.
had a meeting on the roof of my hotel (the only good bit) with my old agent carrie who used to work for my ex(ed) agency.
exciting (for me) news to be broken soon...
would like to go to the 'boom boom room' tonight (the place to be on tuesday nights in NY) on the roof of the standard hotel BUT i shooting tomorrow in a boom boom room of my own design.
early, night-night.
