checked out at noon feeling tired but ok.
drove as far as hackney road and stopped to puke stomach bile in the gutter.

made it as far as medway services before stopping to puke again.

continued to puke/sleep at home for most afternoon and evening.
feeling very sorry for myself

held down a recovery can of coke at 8.30pm

didn't drink so much last night.
must have been the special mix of drinks, not to be repeated.
