today's guest started by smashing an antique chandelier with a 9ft colorama, didn't apologise and when it was suggested that he might pay for the damage, he said' 'it's your fault: chandeliers don't belong in a studio'

he also complained that there were chocolates in the fridge: 'nobody in fashion easts chocolate: the girls don't want to get fat'

9 bars of chocolate were eaten by his crew and 5 home baked gourmet pizzas made by 'the bow bunker gourmet pizza company'

and they asked for more.

went to SH for a burraata and cider with special agent jamie

then on to pick up my serviced bike from the london fields bike shoppe, where i had bought it 13 years before.

they recommended that i messed up it's appearance with daubs of various paint because bike theft in london is insane now and a clean looking bike like my old ridgeback would be gone in 60 seconds.

had a heated discussion with the gate company that i have spent over £45,000 with in the last 13 years (3 electric gates, in 3 properties) about customer loyalty and a company's need to look after their customers.

loitered in the bridge (the first floor, control room with windows all around, at the bunker) staying out of people's way so i didn't end up in a violent altercation.

it's difficult being a good host.
