finally abandoned the sleepless night at 3am

sat in the kitchen and wrote an(other) epic tv show pitch.

after a hot chocolate and some emails/tweets with people on nightshifts or abroad, returned to bed for 3 hrs sleep.

up at 7am writing some further thoughts on the same subject.

cycled with the sons on an 8 mile round trip along the coastal path for ice-creams in herne bay.

RTF to split logs on the jimmy refurbished log splitter (it wasn't working because i'd filled it with diesel instead of unleaded: doh)

somehow have managed to stay up for a roast beef dinner.
