the double cross

day 2 of our marilyn manson marathon

narrowly avoided getting arrested in the hollywood hills after the poo-lice sent a copter to check on what we were doing.

i could write about it / show you behind the scenes photos but i canna, till the feature's out.

the pictures are EPIC though: not spoiling anything to say: manson outside in the sunshine looking like he's kicking balls (not any kind of sports ball)

hard enough the poo-lice were concerned and all the neighbours were calling in to their security patrols.

finished in a homely photo studio in hollywood shooting more spot on classic manson vs perou photos (its a thing) with manon's album blasting over and over again.

chose two out of three

it's an old production adage: you can have two but you can't have all three

all the production crew on the video we're shooting this weekend is working insane hard to make it happen.

it's a MAJOR video shoot with some HUGE technical and production complications

when we pull it off it's going to be immense.

i WISH we had a BTS crew filming the making of this: the phone calls with manson /management and the overexcited production crew shouting NO and us shouting YES: it's classic

the three word synopsis on the video treatment is so simple but so so good.

in other news manson keeps saying that i'm whistling like a serial killer on set

took me a moment to realise i am whistling 'on a clear day' by barbara streisand, over and over.
