new ways to wake tawfiq

two days ago we started tawfiq's day by sounding S.O.S on the loud and annoying internal phone.

yesterday he took the phone off the hook before retiring.

today i started tawfiq's day with the loudest possible playing of underworld's 'moaner'

and when that didn't rouse our house guest, maria ran in and shouted 'FIRE'

tawfiq is not a morning person.

the anglo-spanish-feud that's brewing is quite amusing: it started with a water fight...who knows where it'll end up.

lunch with mrs.perou at the george and dragon in sandwich

walked dogs and mr.bunny was good

took sons to their swimming lessons and picked up sausage and chips on the way home.

for dinner i had home assembled greek salad washed down with generously donated champagne.

life seems alright
