woke up in a state, from an intricate dream
a small part of which involved rick from underworld saying he couldn't concentrate on what i was saying because of the large booga up my nose.
i tried in vain to get it out.
but the booga was an opaque, parasitic star fish with barbed tentacles.
i managed to get most of it out before showing it to gordon ramsey, while we were climbing a ladder into an attic, in an old town hall.
i told him i'd got it from an undercooked gyoza.

this was just a tiny part of a long dream with many little details

usually i have enjoyable dreams and wonderful adventures.
i look forward to sleeping so i can dream.

recently i've been waking up confused and disorientated.
