i like to ride my bicycle

cycled to birchington and back, along the sea wall, with both sons.

14 mile round trip
which was pretty good going from z and maximum.

my ass aches.
i think i could do with a more comfortable saddle

at lunchtime, went over to joe's 4th birthday party down the road...and stayed all afternoon getting sozzled.
(the adults not the kids)
